Tutoring:

$100 per session in-person or virtual.  Each session is an hour.  

Special Education Advocacy Services:
Intial consult fee:$175.00.  
Includes: Inital consultation to determine service needs, pre-meeting consult, (1) meeting attendance and follow up services up to 50 minutes.  

On-going services: $175.00 Inital Consult Services (see above).  After the initial consult, on-going services are $1 per minute.   

Client will receive a weekly statement via email with a minute break down of services provided   Payment plans are available, but payment is expected in full by the end of the month. 

Virtual Tutroing and Consultation Services

Virtual services are available   Rates are the same.  You will need access Google Meets or Zoom   

Options:
* Tutoring delivered on a regular weekly basis  

* Tutoring delivered during inclement weather. I follow Bentonville Public Schools  closure policy.  If they are closed, there will not be any tutoring that day unless it's virtual.  

Payment

Payment for tutoring services is required by the end of each session (unless arrangements with tutor have already been made). Cash and Venmo are accepted. Also if you know your child will be absent from tutoring please let me know ASAP. I know there are emergencies and things out of our control. So, if a student misses one session without parental notification, you'll just receive a reminder that you missed your session. After 2nd miss without parent notification the student will be dropped. 

Payment for Advocacy services are billed weekly unless prior arrangements have been discussed. Cash and Venmo are accepted. 

Clients and/or student will be dropped for non-payment.
